Lady Gaga‘s former assistant, Jennifer O’Neill is suing the tour company used by the singer, according to TMZ, for unpaid overtime. In the suit, O’Neill listed that her duties included, “ensuring the promptness of a towel following a shower and serving as a personal alarm clock to keep [Gaga] on schedule.” O’Neill had to join the Gaga and be of service to her at “stadiums, private jets, fine hotel suites, yachts, ferries, trains and tour buses.”
O’Neill claims she is owed $380,000, which is the equivalent of 7,168 of overtime during the 13 months she worked for Gaga. As is the case for any assistant, a lot of bitch work was involved, but it seems that O’Neill just wants to get paid for performing menial tasks. Fair enough.
In other Gaga news, Mother Monster released a bonus track online for her fans yesterday (December 25th). According to MTV, Gaga tweeted to her fans, “Merry Christmas! Here’s a SoundCloud download of my unreleased song ‘Stuck On F*ckin’ You.’” Gaga and her crew put together this song on a tour bus with not much else besides her voice and a guitar. “1.5 hrs until X-MAS! I’m so excited,” she tweeted. “We were all wasted on the bus making records. It is such a timecapsule of the spirit of our creativity.”
