Lady Gaga Covers January’s ‘Vanity Fair,’ Talks Bad Romance [PHOTOS]

Some are a bit tired of Lady Gaga’s time in the spotlight, but we think she’s marvelous.  Mother monster posed for January’s Vanity Fair cover against the backdrop of New York City, shot by Annie Leibovitz and aptly captioned “In Lady Gaga’s Wake.”  The 25-year-old spoke mainly of her broken heart and the importance of staying true to herself, if only for the fans.

“When I fight with someone I’m in a relationship with, I think, What would my fans think if they knew this was happening?” Gaga told contributing editor Lisa Robinson.  “How would they feel about my work and about me as a female if they knew I was allowing this to go on? And then I get out.”

She made no mention of a possible romance with The Vampire Diaries star Taylor Kinney, but Gaga has a certain pattern with the men in her life.  The fall in love, then they get jealous of her talent, then they break up with her.  And then they want to marry her.  “How fuckin’ romantic, you asshole. Sure, pop a ring on my finger and make it all better. I can buy myself a fuckin’ ring.”

You go, sister.
