Kristen Stewart put on a good face at the Toronto International Film Festival. Thursday night she premiered On The Road alongside co-stars Garrett Hedlund and Kirsten Dunst, and fielded one difficult question about ex/estranged boyfriend, Robert Pattinson.
“We’re going to be fine,” Stewart said, according to the Huffington Post. “We’re totally fine.”
When asked about returning to the red carpet for the first time since word broke in July that she cheated on Pattinson with director Rupert Sanders, Stewart handled it like a champ.
“I was a little nervous, obviously. I’m always nervous before a red carpet,” Stewart said. “To be honest, I was just kind of telling myself, like, just don’t black out. Be there, don’t just figuratively put your head down and barrel though it. Be there, appreciate it. Luckily, very, very much I was able to do that.”
It looked like the weekend had taken its toll on the young star, who caught a flight out of Toronto yesterday. When her bodyguard tried to help her through a crowd, Stewart, wearing Pattinson’s old Baltimore Orioles hat snapped, “Don’t f**king touch me, dude.”
