It’s the moment we’ve waited for since Universal announced plans to recreate the famous Brothers Grimm tale. Kristen Stewart (in Marchesa), Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron (in Dior Couture) posed for photos at the world premiere of Snow White And The Huntsman at Empire Leicester Square tonight (May 14th) in London.
When asked about her character, Theron explained that we aren’t born evil; rather, circumstances and experience lead us into darkness. Such was the case for Queen Ravenna, who seeks revenge in the movie after her family was killed by another king.
Stewart was pleased with the turnout, and grateful to fans who waited overnight to see her. ”You rarely get a chance to say hi to these guys, and I like to be able to do it,” she said. And what about the weather conditions she suffered while filming? ”I love the fact that we’re not faking it,” Stewart said. ”I can tell you that most of the time I was freezing my butt or pulling some muscle or destroying my thumb. Rupert [Sanders] definitely creates a world that is real, and you don’t have to fake stuff.”
Really digging the delicate gold rope woven into Stewart’s hair. So fitting for the occasion.
