Kimberly Snyder’s ‘The Beauty Detox Solution’ Book Release Draws A Svelte Crowd

Fergie, Hilary Duff (love the bangs) and Jenna Dewan attended the launch of clinical nutritionist/beauty expert Kimberly Snyder‘s book, The Beauty Detox Solution.  The detox works on the mantra that “beauty comes from within,” advising the user to focus on the correct order of eating food so as to optimize digestion, the benefits of daily detox and exposing myths about seemingly “healthy” food.  By following the Solution, users will see healthier hair, skin and nails in addition to a slimmer figure.

Meh.  Detoxs don’t have long-term benefits if history serves most of us correctly.  You follow it for three days, then you’re bursting with energy.  Then you want fries, you cave and then gain twice as much back and cry.  A lot.  But hey, if detoxes have worked for any of you, please speak up.

Last night’s red carpet winner was a red-headed Drew Barrymore.  Though she kept it casual with jeans and booties, Barrymore has a certain glow to her.  Perhaps we can credit that to her new man, art consultant Will Kopelman (dad is former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman).

Also in attendance at The London Hotel in West Hollywood last night: Channing Tatum, David Spade, Emily Bergl, and Kelly Hawk.

The reason that Drew has the glow is because she is one of Kimberly’s clients and follows her program. Detoxing on an ongoing basis works. If you take the time to actually read the book you will release that The Beauty Detox Solution is so much more then a quick detox, its a program that teaches you how to eat for beauty and energy.

It’s amazing how a person who did not read the book at all can write a blog post about it. To avoid looking more foolish (not sure if that’s even possible), please read the book!

hmmmmm, I could be wrong, but it does not sound like you read the book. Kimberly actually provides different options of how to eat better for every type of “eater”. It’s not a quick detox for a few days. It’s actualy a life-long way of eating that does way more than provide temporary bursting energy. Try reading it, you might like it.
