Kate Middleton Recycles Another Dress At Royal Film Performance Of ‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’

So, we might not have gotten to see the Duchess of Cambridge wearing a tiara the other night, but we do get to see her recycling another gorgeous gown on the red carpet. And that’s good enough for me.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were the very special guests tonight at the Royal film performance of Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom. Yes friends, the royals were on the same red carpet as Idris Elba. Perfection? I think so.

Now, on to the important things: what was Catherine wearing?

As I said, the Duchess recycled a cream Roland Mouret dress she wore last year to an event at the Claridge’s Hotel. I mean, if I owned that dress, I’d wear it again, too. Catherine finished off her look with a Zara statement necklace, black Prada pumps and a black suede clutch from Mulberry. My only complaint is about her hair. Why a sorta ponytail? Either go full pony, or not at all.

Still, I love her. Prince William looked handsome in his tux, as per usual. Actress Naomie Harris also looked flawless on the red carpet in a peplum Alexander McQueen gown. I gotta say, she is holding her own against Catherine.

I have to give a very special thanks to @AnnieElizabethN and @WhatKateWore for helping identify all the parts of the look. Launch the gallery to check out more photos from the red carpet. Loving the fashions? Sound off in the comments!
