Though these photos were taken on June 17th, they show that the Duchess of Cambridge has a real knack for keeping the wee ones entertained.
After joining in on a camping trip in Kent – part of an outward bound program created by ARK Schools – HRH joined Prince William, Prince Harry, Zara Phillips and her husband, Mike Tindall, and Peter Phillips and his family at the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire.
While Harry and William competed in a a charity match to raise much for a few particular charities, Catherine played with Peter and Autumn Phillips‘ daughter, Savannah (born in December 2010).
Savannah was smitten with the Cambridge’s dog, Lupo, who was only six months at that point. If I may say so, the Duchess was a natural when it came to playing with Princess Anne’s granddaughter.
Did you all wish Catherine a happy 31st birthday?
Apparently all the Phillips are under one roof again. The Daily Mail‘s Richard Kay reports that Zara and Mike are under the Princess Royal’s Gatcombe Park roof after selling their Cheltenham home.
Despite purchasing the home before the July 2011 wedding, Phillips had kept her cottage on the park’s grounds.
Peter and Autumn also live at Gatcombe Park.
While making an appearance in Australia for Magic Millions, Phillips said she and Tindall have no immediate plans to start a family.
“Kate can win that one,” she was joked about the Duchess of Cambridge.
