Kate Middleton made the 55-mile journey from her home in Bucklebury to London where she’ll wed Prince William in front of a few billion people on Friday. Middleton was headed to Clarence House for last-minute rehearsals with Wills, and the Daily Mail reports that the couple will go over their vows at Westminster Abbey. Kate’s sister/MOH Pippa left the house with their mother Carole en route to the capitol.
A bellhop brought multiple garment bags, among them a long white one, a hat box and other belongings into the Goring Hotel, where the Middletons will spend her last night as a singleton.
Meanwhile, Kate’s father Michael and brother James were spotted in London trying out on morning suits. Michael will ride with his daughter from the Goring Hotel to Westminster Abbey Friday morning at 10:51 a.m. GMT in a Rolls-Royce Phantom VI. Once at the Abbey, he and Kate will make the four-minute walk down the aisle. Then she’ll become a princess and Michael will have to curtsy to his own daughter. Everybody wins!
I have butterflies. I am literally the most excited socialite on the interweb. Very very curious to see what title Queen Elizabeth bestows on the newlyweds before the ceremony.
