After visiting students at Extended Horizons camp in Kent today (June 17th), the Duchess of Cambridge took a helicopter to the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire, England, where Prince William took part in an exhibition game.
There, Catherine let Savannah Phillips take her puppy, Lupo’s leash, giving the 14-month-old a hand if cocker spaniel was a bit too rough. Mom Autumn Phillips was there as well; she is married to Peter Phillips, the Queen’s first grandson and William’s cousin. Autumn, originally from Canada, gave birth to the Queen’s second grandchild, Isla, on March 29th, 2012.
Prince Harry, Peter and Zara Phillips (who will compete in this summer’s Olympic games) and her husband, Mike Tindall were all gathered together at the park, a place where William and Harry have been frequenting since they were young. Lupo kept Catherine on her toes most of the time; HRH was seen chasing after the pup in her wellies and playing with Savannah (we applaud her for not making an outfit change in between engagements).
