“I feel like I carry myself in a more manly way,” Bieber told journalist Josh Eells. “I don’t carry myself as a boy.” Eels followed the 18-year-old for a week as he appeared on The Jay Leno Show, worked at the studio and fired golf balls at the paparazzi from a private Los Angeles country club.
“Watch,” he said, “I’m gonna blast one at them.” After that, he told an employee at the course, “We’ll probably never play here again.”
Then there’s the issue of having a girlfriend. Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, sees why some teenage girls send Selena Gomez death threats. ”Personally, I think that’s all a bunch of bullsh*t,” Braun told Eells. “Yes, there’s gonna be some girls that if they see him with a girlfriend, it kills the dream – but there’s also gonna be girls that see him with a girlfriend, hear about the romantic things he does and want him even more.”
Speaking of girlfriends, Biebs and Gomez were seen leaving their hotel in Auckland, New Zealand today (July 19th). They both visited sick children at the Starship Hospital before heading to a secret gig in the city. Bieber also met with some fans and did an autograph and a picture.
