If there’s anything that the public is eager to know about, it’s off screen romance between co-stars. It is, always has been, and always will be, an incomparably hot topic. Now, if someone could just convince Josh Bowman of that.
The Revenge actor, who has been recently seen looking pretty close to his co-star, Emily VanCamp, recently spoke to People about his hypothetical offscreen romance. ”It’s cool in a way, because people like the show and people like the people who play the characters and they have an interest in them,” he continued, “But I like a few shows, and I really don’t care about the actors’ private lives, because that’s just sad. I really don’t. I’ve got enough s– in my own life.”
For someone who is so frequently seen out with his beautiful co-star, Bowman sure has a negative view on the publicity around his, and other actors’ personal lives. In response to the fascination with his own love life, he so eloquently explained ”I tell them to [expletive]-off because it’s none of their business, and then it becomes less about the show and more about who I’m dating.”
Well, apparently Bowman doesn’t want fans to concern themselves with anything but his character on the show. His only comments on Vancamp consisted of purely show-oriented compliments: “She’s just really great to work with,” he said. “She’s experienced and confident in the tracking of her character. She’s been working a lot longer than I have. I’m very curious, and I like to feed off of people’s knowledge. I’m kind of the bookworm who goes, ‘How did they do that?’
As much as Bowman might want his fans to focus on the life of “Daniel Grayson,” rather than his own, his unwelcoming sentiments on his personal life will only make the obsession more potent! Looks like this Brit can’t win.
