At the One Splendid Evening benefit concert as part of VH1′s Save the Music Foundation, Jordin Sparks took on rumors of a possible future collaboration with singer Chris Brown. Sparks and Brown’s duet “No Air” earned a Grammy nomination.
As for the possibility that the two would be recording another song together for her upcoming album, the American Idol winner said, “It wasn’t planned [as a duet]. I had gotten a song he had been a part of.”
Ultimately, Sparks added, the song might not even end up on her album. “He had written [the song], and I’m not sure if I’m going to get to it yet. I haven’t recorded it yet, so we’ll see.” That sounds like a definitely possibly.
