Johnny Depp Says He Hates Photos, Creates Controversy

Now, you may be thinking, “How could Johnny Depp create controversy by saying he doesn’t like to have his picture taken?” Well, it’s not so much that thing he said, but what he compared it to. Johnny is on this month’s Vanity Fair cover, looking gorgeous, and he had plenty to say in regards to fame and money.

One part of the acting job Johnny hates is being photographed, especially in a photo shoot setting. He said to the magazine, “Well, you just feel like you’re being raped somehow. Raped … It feels like a kind of weird — just weird, man. But whenever you have a photo shoot or something like that, it’s like — you just feel dumb. It’s just so stupid.” I don’t know, he seemed pretty comfy being photographed with Keith Richards.

Woah. Johnny. Calm down friend. I don’t think “rape” is the analogy to use here. Maybe, “It feels like unwanted advances. It feels like someone is stealing a part of my soul.” There are so many options. I fear how his Dark Shadow’s character would feel having his picture taken.

What do you think of Johnny’s statement? I’m going to chalk it up to “Johnny Depp don’t give a shit and he gonna say what he wanna say.” Plus, he’s so hot. His new film The Rum Diary should be hitting theaters soon and I’m super excited! Tell us what you think about his comments in the comments. Oh!
