Jessica slimmed down (not that she was by any means chubby) by dropping 8 pounds in just two weeks. Her size two frame sports her D-cups that topple over Jessica’s 26 inch waist. Her achievement comes from working out 5 days a week for two hours a day.
As if the workouts weren’t enough, she is also on a strict diet created by trainer Mike Alexander. The diet is a strictly no junk-food regimen. She has also been on The Zone and South Beach diet.
