“Would I see a movie of Ben’s?” said Jennifer talking to UK Marie Claire. “Sure! Why not?” Maybe it would be weird for date night, but no reason not to be supportive. The Town comes out in September. It would be an interesting publicity move to show up to the premiere.
“I haven’t seen him or talked to him in a while,” she continues, “our lives went in two very different directions. But I always wish him the best and I always thought he was a great person.” Great, “the ex” answer. I’m filing that one away for future use.
So what about Diddy? “I’ve run into him once or twice, with Marc, and it’s always very friendly,” says the Style Icon of the Decade.
It seems important that her husband was with her when you consider her reflection on marriage. “It’s just the two of you against the world,” she says. “When you allow other people into that sacred place it becomes a recipe for mistrust and the deterioration of the bond between you. I think people complicate their lives by doing [expletive]-up things.”
