Jake Gyllenhaal covers this month’s issue of Men’s Health and gets to talking about he got his rocking bod. The actor keeps in shape with activities like biking and hiking. But after his beefy build up for Prince of Persia, the actor is ready to take a break.
“I’ve had to teach myself to slow down a bit,” the adorable actor confesses. “Because I get so into it, it becomes a real addiction. But it’s like a New Year’s resolution.”
Instead, the devoted exerciser wants “to sit down and read a book. Life’s not a bike ride. I wouldn’t say exercise less, but sit with myself.”
