Yes, I have an Armani fetish but it is balanced with a Fendi fetish so onward to the good stuff.
Armani is graciously streaming his “Privé” show from Paris to you via MSN.com and Cingular. Wednesday, you can catch this first ever streamed fashion show at 3 p.m. EST. All thanks to a deal with the respective web and cell phone companies, we can partake in the couture from the comfort of our living rooms, car, library, gym, or some meeting you were dragged to for defensive driving and/or anger management.
The soothing sounds of Robert Verdi’s voice will walk you through the show and narrate for your enjoyment. Robert will also be commenting on pieces that work the runway before a crowd of Armani’s entourage and A-List friends. Katie Holmes, Rachel McAdams, Cate Blanchett, and even Princess Mafalda von Hessen will be cheering on Armani in a very socially acceptable and polite way in the front row.
So, in a roundabout way, we the humble sitting at our AA meeting or rehab (as the case may be) will also be in the front row. OK, not really but one can dream.
