During a recent interview,  Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and James Valentine were asked what they would do if they are given the chance to be president for the day. The singer said he’d legalize same-sex marriage right off the bat!

Levine told MTV, while promoting his band’s new album Overexposed, that he’d legalize gay marriage because it’s “archaic and ridiculous.”

Adam the activist. That just adds to his already irresistible charm! Make sure to watch the rest of the interview after the jump and to check out photos of Levine on set of his new film, Can A Song Save Your Life with Keira Knightley.

I hate to burst his bubble, but…. if he was president for a day, he couldn’t make gay marriage legal. The president does not make laws. Congress does.

Adam Levine is one hot and sexxy guy. Love the mustache and his hairy chest. What a turnon.
