Hilary Duff No Longer A Virgin, Or Never Was

December 17th, 2008 // Leave a Comment

Damn! Don’t you hate when nosy reporters ask you personal questions, tape record the answers, and print it in their little magazines or whatnot? And then you try to deny it a few years later and look sort of silly because there’s like physical proof? Like, literally, staring up at you? Damn!

Yes, Hilary Duff. We can’t relate, but we get it. You were a virgin (or pretended to be) during a 2006 Elle interview, but now that 2009 is rapidly approaching and age has frisky-fied you, you’re sorta embarrassed by that prude who formally inhabited your body.
Duff was dressed all scantily-clad for January’s Maxim and tried to say true ladies don’t talk about virginity to magazine reporters.
“I was quoted saying I was a virgin, but I absolutely did not say that. That’s nobody’s business but my own.”
Unfortunately, a quote that Elle is ardently standing by, read a little something like this:
“It’s harder having a boyfriend who’s older because people just assume. But [virginity] is definitely something I like about myself. It doesn’t mean I haven’t thought about sex, because everyone I know has had it and you want to fit in.But when they talk about it, it doesn’t sound special, like you would imagine it to be. It just seems like everybody has slept with each other – you know what I mean?”
Ah. Innocence. I guess it’s safe to say Hilary’s with the rest of us on the dark side now.
