Hilary Duff Paid $100,000 After Being Dropped From ‘Bonnie And Clyde’

Hilary Duff will receive a severance package worth $100,000 due to the fact that she will not be able to star in remake of Bonnie and Clyde! The actress was dropped from the film due to her pregnancy and scheduling conflicts since she will not be able to shoot until the baby is born.

It is uncertain who will replace Duff, but it was reported that Amanda Seyfried was approached, but declined the offer. The original star of the classic, Faye Dunaway, was not too happy with the film’s original choice (Duff) saying that they should have cast a “real actress”.

The Lizzie Mcguire star fired back saying:

I think that my fans that are going to go see the movie don’t even know who she is, so you know … I think it was a little unnecessary but I might be mad if I looked like that now too.

Ouch!
