Hello Miss Universe…Jimena Navarette!

Bret Michaels, co-host of the 2010 Miss Universe Pageant, was bandana-tastic last night when he altogether opted to not even try to pronounce the winner of the pageant.

Jimena Navarrete, 22, of Mexico won the competition, who said, “No puedo pensar nada,” when she won. Basically that means her mind was blank at the moment.

Navarrete won a boatload of girly items –  including a year’s supply of hair products and makeup; designer shoe, swimwear and dress collections. She also won a scholarship from the New York Film Academy for either its film-making or acting program. Jimena’s various posing styles from the event are featured in the gallery.

Australia’s Jesinta Campbell took the title of Miss Congeniality, while Thailand’s Fonthip Watcharatrakul was named Miss Photogenic and won for Favorite National Costume.

Check out the big announcement after the jump. Be forewarned – it’s very anticlimactic. Also, shouldn’t Michaels have crowned her with a bandanna for her own?
