Heather Locklear looked like she was searching for her keys when she and Jack Wagner left the Whole Foods Market in Brentwood on February 3. While they got home safely that day, it might have been best if she hadn’t reached for her keys on Saturday. First off I want to say no one was hurt, since I always hear about hit and runs connected to someone getting run over. Someone could have though and a “no parking sign” was not too happy.
TMZ reports that around 4 am on Saturday there was a crash near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, CA which is close to Locklear’s home. The person who heard it didn’t call the police until later that night. Maybe that’s when they saw the knocked over “no parking” sign. Somehow deputies connected the crash to Locklear’s BMW and found that her car had damage that would match the incident. They charged her with a hit-and-run to which she pleaded no contests.
Blair Berk, told TMZ, “Ms. Locklear was cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle. She was never taken into custody. The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle.”
Locklear was arrested before for driving under the influence of prescription medications.
