‘Harry Potter’ to Punch ‘Winnie the Pooh’ in the Honey

Not sure who the brain child was that planned the release of Winnie the Pooh, but we’re pretty sure that scheduling it to be at the same time as the final installment of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 was probably a big mistake. It’s safe to say that our dear ole Winnie will be gut punched by the one of the most successful franchises in Hollywood history.

It’s been fun watching Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) grow up on the silver screen. More so, it’s been fun to watch them this past week promoting Harry Potter around the world. From London to New York, the entire cast has been around the world saying good-bye to their devoted fans and are as emotional about saying good-bye as we are.

According to numerous news sites, including E! Online, the film is a very close adaptation of the original book and as we all hoped, answers the questions that have come up throughout the entire series. Death is treated in a naturalistic fashion, Professor Snape (Alan Rickman) gets his due justice and all story lines come to an end in a sweet, little 3D package.

As most of you have probably sat outside waiting to see the midnight premiere, the question is: what did you think of the Harry Potter finale?
