Halle Berry’s Stalker Finally Arrested Outside Her Home
It really does look like the third time is the charm.
An intruder has been arrested at Halle Berry’s property in the Hollywood Hills – two days after he was first spotted spying on the movie star.
The man was detained by Berry’s private security guards when he jumped over the back wall of her home on Monday July 11, 2011 at about 11pm (local time), TMZ reported.
The private officers called the police, who subsequently arrested the man on suspicion of felony stalking.
Authorities believe the suspect is the same man who was seen trespassing on the star’s property on Saturday and Sunday, a source told TMZ. On both nights, the man fled the scene before LAPD officers were able to respond to Berry’s 911.
Prior to the break ins, Halle was seen picking up her daughter Nahla Aubry from a private school in Los Angeles.
