Halle Berry Wins Partial Custody Dispute In Court, Then Goes & Flies A Kite With Nahla [PHOTOS]

Halle Berry won one of her custody disputes Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, in family court.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were witnesses as their lawyers argued in front of a family law judge over the custody agreement the pair signed regarding their three-year-old daughter Nahla. This was following their split last year.

They had previously worked out a temporary 50/50 deal, but Aubry wanted the court to formally recognize his paternity.

In the latest development, the parents are now poring over a clause detailing the amount of time actress Halle gets with Nahla when filming.

The Hollywood star is soon due to fly to Europe for filming commitments. Now the pair are arguing over how to divide their time with Nahla when Halle is away. Halle spent her Saturday (August 27) with baby Nahla on the beach in Malibu, CA where the pair played in the ocean and flew a kite.
