Seriously, I don’t want to learn how to make that macrobiotic, detox crap. Plus, GOOP is just oh-so-annoying. But however, what he found was that (des
pite what she always tells us) one of Gwyneth’s favorite foods is….french fries?! What?! The woman literally OWNS a deep fryer! Pizza also makes the top of the list. Turns out that between movies, the actress eats like a normal human being. It’s only when she’s prepping and filming that she does her freaky detox crap.
The book has none of Gwyneth weirder food ideas (other than mentioning that she thinks gluten is bad for you) and even includes a recipe for oven-baked and deep-fried french fries! She admits she likes the latter better because its deep fried. Check out a video from the article after the jump.
