Although Gwyneth didn’t spill to Self about any pregnancy rumors, she did dish about healthy eating and exercise. Gwyneth spills some of her diet and exercise tricks, ”I do 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, because I like to eat. I also try for 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, realigning and lengthening. If I’m prepping for something or I’ve been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two week.” Personally, I go for the walk around the block to burn some calories, but Gwyneth is more in demand than I am.
Gwyneth is slated to guest star on Glee again and recently had dinner in London with Matthew Morrison. She’s been snapped a lot lately leaving restaurants and even has a food magazine in the talks. This is a lot of food talk for such a skinny lady.
