Gwen Stefani Joins Rolling Stones for Tour Opening in L.A.

At the Staples Center in Los Angeles Friday night, the Rolling Stones kicked off the first performance of their 50 and Counting tour with a little help from No Doubt lead singer, Gwen Stefani.

While I have to say, I am an enormous Gwen fan, I don’t know that she sounds great during this YouTube video of her duet with Mick Jagger of “Wild Horses,” which you can view after the jump.

In any case, she looked amazing with a headband, trademark red lips and a sparkly Rolling Stones logo emblazoned on her shirt and skin-tight leather pants that she could easily have borrowed from the slight Mr. Jagger himself.

During the on-stage banter with the audience, Mick apologized for the change in dates for the event, citing the Lakers as the reason for the reschedule. He added jokingly, “It doesn’t matter to Jack Nicholson, because he was coming to both of them.”

Because nobody balls like Jack.
