Eddie Murphy recently gave a television interview to Oprah Winfrey on her daily talk show to promote his upcoming film, “Dreamgirls,” and talked about his recent divorce from his wife Nicole. Murphy appeared on the show with a number of his co-stars in the film and revealed that much of his inner turmoil from his personal life at the time of filming allowed him give a truly moving performance when the cameras started rolling.
“It was real emotional,” Murphy said Monday on The Oprah Winfrey Show, where he appeared with Jamie Foxx, Beyonce and other members of the cast. “So it was really good because I had all that going on and that’s going on under your skin; you get on the set and when you’re acting … (it took) me to a different place emotionally,” the 45-year-old actor said…
