Wearing Orla Kiely‘s “Birdie” wool jacquard dress and the “Regal” boots from Aquatalia by Marvin. K, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to The Art Room today (February 21st), one of four charties of which she is a parton.
With her “hair that won’t quit,” Catherine showed she was a natural with the school children at both Rose Hill Primary School and Oxford Spires Academy, who were able to skip class to meet the newest royal. She was greeted with cheers, flowers and gifts, and waved graciously to the large crowds that gathered together.
And the world has finally learned the name of THR’s cocker spaniel puppy. Lupo, Italian for “wolf,” is the pup’s name, which was revealed by the Duchess herself after students gave her a toy dog as a gift. She and William did not release the name of their dog a few weeks back, but a royal aid did confirm that Lupo is the royal pup’s name, according to the Daily Mail. There is no significant meaning to it, however.
Per our friends over at What Kate Wore, the shirt dress features oversized buttons and deep pleats at the waist. Head over to WKW on the dress’s availability. Sidenote-Her Royal Highness wore these boots to a ceremony at Trearrdur Bay Lifeboat Station in North Anglesey, Wales back in February.
