Well done as usual Catherine.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the official opening of England’s national football centre at St George’s Park today.

Prince William, President of the Football Association and an Aston Villa supporter, was given a tour of the complex along with his wife.

The royal couple spent the day chatting to England manager Roy Hodgson and his footie team before watching them train at St George’s Park, Burton-Upon-Trent.

Kate Middleton wore a tailored grey coat from her high street favourite Reiss for the sporting day out. She teamed the jacket with knee-high boots, opaque tights and a belt.

Yesterday William and Kate stepped out for their first official UK engagement since the topless photo scandal broke a few weeks ago. The pair spent the afternoon meeting trainee lawyers at the Middle Temple Treasury in London.

Tomorrow the Duchess of Cambridge will fly solo on an official visit to Newcastle, while Prince William attends the funeral of his former nanny, Olga Powell.
