I mean, have any of you done this cookie diet? To me it sounds like b.s. While I do understand everyone’s weight loss story is their own, eating processed cookies full of fake nutrients don’t seem to be a road toward sustained weight loss and, more importantly, a healthy lifestyle.
The problem with saying “Eat a sensible dinner” is that people don’t know what a sensible dinner is – that’s why they are fat in the first place. They can’t eat six cookies and then a bucket of fried chicken and still expect to lose weight.
Also, does she realize what she needs to do is stop drinking 8 gallons of vodka in a week. That’s the real reason she looks like an over tanned puffer fish.
