Daniel Radcliffe Loves Being Naked, Talks About How He Avoided The Curse Of The Child Star
We’ve seen his butt is quite a few films up until now, including his play, Equus, but the 25-year-old promises that being nude is not a requirement when it comes to choosing movies he wants to be in!
In his newest flick, What If, the actor goes skinny-dipping with his co-star Zoe Kazan. They even wrote special messages for each other on their bodies.
The actor joked about always being naked in his films. He said:
I can’t get enough of it! It’s not something that I’m trying to achieve. It’s something that I don’t have a problem with. I did the play where I got naked when I was 17, once you do that you don’t really care. It immunes you to any inhibitions. Again, not something I seek out but never something I’m going to shy away from.
It’s so hard to say what goes right or doesn’t about every child. You know, every young person who goes into the entertainment industry at any level will have probably a different experience. It depends massively on the way you grow up. You know, I was very lucky to have an incredibly stable parental background, which a lot of child stars do not have. But also, I think, honestly more than any of that, the biggest factor in how my experience turned out and how I did was that I always loved being on set. I love to work, I love being on set, I love that atmosphere, that community. It’s just a great place to work.
We’re very glad he survived child stardom so that he can continue to take on huge roles! Launch the gallery to check out photos of Daniel at the What If premiere in Los Angeles.
