There is something about Joe McElderry that I could stare at for hours and days on end. He’s just painfully cute. Painfully. McElderry won X-Factor back in 2009 setting records with his cover of Miley Cyrus’ The Climb, with 50,000 sales. He beat Olly Murs and Stacey Solomon in the final competition, where he sang with George Michael and won a recording contract.
Check out his first audition from X-Factor and now the release of his debut solo single after the jump!
Shortly after winning, McElderry ended speculation and came out and said that he wanted to live his life honestly and not let that get in the way of living his life. We’ve gathered some photos of Joe out and about since his time on X-Factor all the way up to performing at a Christmas tree lighting tonight in London.
Couldn’t you just eat him up?
