Colin Farrell Will Make An Appearance At Irish TV And Film Awards

Bad-boy Colin Farrell will go back to his roots and attend the Irish TV and Film Awards, after it was rumored he might ditch the event.

The actor is nominated for Best Actor for his role in the film Ondine in which he plays a fisherman who falls in love with a mermaid he catches. Polish actress Alicja Bachleda plays the mermaid, and the two now also have a 4-month-old son together.

An IFTA spokesperson told Dublin’s Evening Herald, “I can confirm that
Colin Farrell is attending the IFTA awards ceremony and that he is
delighted with his nomination.” Looks like the once-wild Farrell has softened up.

Farrell arrived at Heathrow airport today wearing what looked like a wedding ring on his finger. Perhaps even more changes are to come!
