Oprah Winfrey had a celebration of the 10th anniversary of O, The Oprah Magazine on her live show at Radio City Music Hall in New York City today where she had her little Oprah’s (Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, Nate Berkus, Suze Orman) join her onstage.
“I really didn’t know anything about a magazine,” Oprah told ET. “Gayle King should be standing here because Gayle gave up her job in television to come and be my editor-at-large. I said I’ve got to have somebody there who knows my sensibilities.” If I remember correctly she sort of fired a bunch of people and put Gayle there to have more control, but ten years later she sure knew what she was doing more than Rosie O’Donnell.
Christina Aguilera, who arrived to the taping in curlers, performed a smokey “Not Myself Tonight.” She brought along the vamps of her video, but there was no mounting ladies strapped up to the ceiling for Oprah.
Watch Oprah talk about the magazine, see some scenes from the show and Christina’s performance, if you still want to, after the jump.
