The Broadcast Television Journalists Association threw its Second Annual Critics’ Choice Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel last night (June 18th) in Beverly Hills.

Community, which scored six nominations, walked away with Best Comedy series.  Zooey Deschanel and Amy Poehler tied for Best Actress In A Comedy Series (love them both, but Deschanel would get my vote) for New Girl and Parks And Recreation, respectively.

Jimmy Fallon walked away with Best Talk Show (in my opion, for Downton Sixbey alone), while Modern Family‘s wonderful Ty Burrell won Best Supporting Actor In A Comedy Series.  Claire Danes is pretty much guaranteed to scoop up an Emmy win for Homeland, having scored both a Golden Globe and a Critics’ Choice gong.

Christina Hendricks, whose black dress I wasn’t 100% in love with, walked away with Best Supporting Actress for playing ball-buster Joan on Mad Men.

If you’re not watching Louis on FX, then you must tune in, not least because Louise C.K. won Best Actor In A Comedy Series.

Check out our red carpet pics from last night’s event, and sound off on whose looks got a Thumbs Up or a Thumbs Down.  And click here for a complete list of winners.
