Well, the wait is over. Yesterday we reported that Chloe Moretz had HUGE news that she couldn’t yet spill. The Kick-Ass star was super-excited when she talked to MTV News at the First Annual Comedy Awards. “It’s big and it’s crazy and it involves some really cool actors,” Moretz, snapped back in February at the LA premiere of I Am Number Four, said. “And it’s HUGE.”
The Wrap confirmed that Moretz will star alongside Johnny Depp and Michelle Pfeiffer in Tim Burton‘s Dark Shadows, a gothic horror film about vampire Barnabas Collins. Moretz will play Pfeiffer’s daughter in the tale, based on the ABC series of the same named that aired from 1966 to 1971. The film will also star Michael Sheen, who played Aro in the Twilight saga.
Depp will play the role of Collins, and I’m really excited about two things: A) Depp as a vampire B) What Burton does with a vampire film.
