Leave it to Daniel Radcliffe to have the busiest of birthdays.
The former Harry Potter star turned the big 2-4 yesterday, but didn’t take much time to enjoy said birthday. Instead he rocked the London stage in The Cripple of Inishmaan. Have you been wondering why he looks so gaunt and freaky lately? It’s all for his art form.
And it wasn’t accidental. He told reporters, “I am really bad at booking in nice breaks. I had four days off when I went away with a couple of friends to Cornwall a few months ago. I was trying to work out with someone the other day when the last time was that I stopped working for more than two weeks.” Ooo! And did you hear he’s back with Jon Hamm? Read More »
Wow guys, what is going on with Jude Law‘s hair?
We’ve all noticed that the sexy Brit has had some hair issues in the past, but even a few months ago it didn’t look quite like this. I guess it’s worse cause he’s buzz cutting it? He’s lucky his face is still beautiful.
Jude was showing off his new hair in London last night (July 1) after his work in a charity performance of The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time. Oh and look, he was hanging out with Chris Martin. Read More »
There is admiration for defending your wife’s character, and then there is Alec Baldwin‘s version called losing your shit on Twitter.
Alec Baldwin, seen here with his wife Hilaria Thomas the opening night of Tom Durnin last night (June 27, 2013), has hit back at reports his wife tweeted during James Gandolfini’s funeral.
The Sopranos actor was laid to rest in New York City on Thursday and a host of stars turned out to pay their respects. Reports later emerged claiming Alec’s pregnant wife Hilaria had taken to her Twitter account during the service, but he has vehemently denied the allegations in an angry tirade on the social networking site. Hey look! It’s a Nick Jonas solo outing! Those are fun.
The youngest member of the Jonas Brothers was spotted in New York City last night hitting the red carpet for the opening night of Buyer & Cellar. Look at you Nick, supporting the theater community.
I love when young, hot celebrities like that are into theater. Plus, he’s not just into it, he was in it. Wouldn’t it be great if Nick Jonas was like the randomest celebrity to EGOT? You’ve got to admit he is a talented guy. Read More »
Does anybody else love the fact that the little kid from Harry Potter is now a legitimate stage actor?
Daniel Radcliffe might have made it big as the boy who lived, but he’s staying big with his awesome acting talents. Those talents are currently on display in London as Daniel plays the role of a disabled, Irish orphan in The Cripple of Inishmaan.
Daniel is clearly really into these tortured soul characters. Remember his role is Equus? Although I guess the character of J. Pierpont Finch isn’t really that tortured. Still, people are loving his “understated” and “unshowy” crippled Irishman. Read More »

THE OFFENSE: So, on my way to work this morning, I heard this awesome story on NPR’s Morning Edition. Basically, they interviewed a bunch of people about how audience theater etiquette has changed in recent years. And folks, it has definitely not changed for the better.
WHY THIS IS SO WRONG: Imagine you’re in a dark theater and you’re watching a very gripping scene. Medea is justifying why she killed her sons, you’re crying and suddenly the phone light of the person next to you turns on and that person actually starts texting, or even worse talking, back. That completely ruins the moment! Not only is it distracting for the audience, but it is incredibly inconsiderate to the cast and crew who have worked so hard to make this show a reality. Read More »
