What’s a day/week/month without gazing at Michael Fassbender? Not a good one, I can tell you that.
Here he is in all his scruffy Irish handsomeness. Mmmmm. He was in London last night, attending a special screening of Macbeth, the latest big-screen Shakespearean adaption in which he plays the titular Scottish king with murder on his mind. Also attending the screening was his lovely co-star Marion Cotillard, who plays Lady Macbeth (and there are no spots on her in these pics). Read More »
First of all, can we all agree that Prince Harry in a double-breasted tuxedo is a thing of beauty?
May we have more of it in the future. The ginger prince busted out the look tonight for the Royal Variety Performance at Royal Albert Hall. As you can gather, it was all very royal.
Harry was given a program and a seat of honor for the performance, which he enjoyed without any other members of his family. Do you think that’s kind of lonely? Read More »
Idris Elba has been one busy many lately.
Yesterday, he attended a photocall for the fourth season of his hit TV show Luther in London. Idris looked hot, rocking all black and that classic salt and pepper beard we all know and love. And I just love how simply he was dressed, just a class act.
While getting his photos snapped, Idris spoke about what it was like to open for Madonna during the German leg of her Rebel Heart tour. That’s right, he’s a DJ in case you didn’t know. Those hotness points just exponentially skyrocketed. “I’m a DJ for hire, and she wanted a great one,” he joked. “I was excited, I had a great time. Madonna is a legend.” And to think she only announced his performance the day before the gig! Fans must have been totally stoked. Read More »
Here’s a fun game we can play: would you rather Ryan Gosling, Christian Bale or Steve Carell?
And we’re playing solely based on last night’s AFI Film Festival’s premiere of The Big Short. The trio hit the red carpet along with their other very handsome co-stars, none of which were Brad Pitt. I assume he and Angelina Jolie have gone into hibernation following their whirlwind press tour for By The Sea.
The good new for The Big Short is that critics seem to really like it. Read More »
Well it has been quite a week of public outings for Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs, has it not?
First they were busy being cute and enjoying a date night together in London, and last night they hit the red carpet together for the 8th Annual GO Campaign Gala in Beverly Hills. Oh, and Rob’s BFF (and maybe former hookup?) Katy Perry joined them at their table.
But clearly things are all good there as the three of them looked to have a great time. Read More »
And they released chocolate frogs into the audience in celebration!
Okay, so they didn’t, but come on, wouldn’t that have been great? Congratulations are in order for Mr. Daniel Radcliffe because earlier today he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
It makes me sad that he had to be part of this big event with that bald head, but hey, those are just some of the things you do for your art (am I right, Brad Pitt?). Read More »
First of all, how much do we love Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy with matching bald heads?
How is it that Victor Frankenstein is their first movie together? Sorry McFassy, but I think I’ve got a new favorite man duo: McCliffe. Or perhaps RadAvoy? We can discuss this later.
Right now we’re supposed to be focusing on Daniel and his excitement over Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the Harry Potter prequel starring Eddie Redmayne. When talking with E! News Dan joked he could “ barely keep [himself] in this chair.” Read More »
You don’t have to call him Sir Benedict Cumberbatch yet, but you know what they say! Once you get your CBE, knighthood is just a sword ceremony away.
Actually, no one says that, I just made that up. But I did not make up the fact that Benedict was awarded honored with a CBE today from Queen Elizabeth II “for his work as an actor and his charitable efforts.” This means that Benny is officially a Commander of the Order of the British Empire. I assume that now he can command ships and stuff.
Or, you know, make Doctor Strange. Read More »
