Paula Deen‘s lawsuit that ended her many endorsements, turn the public against her (but not BFF O.J. Simpson), and basically ruined her career, was dismissed in court. A former restaurant manager tried to sue Paula on grounds of racial discrimination, saying that Paula used “the N-word” frequently. A perky looking Taylor Swift stopped for some dinner at The Farm in Beverly Hills, California yesterday (August 22, 2013). While she may look like she’s all calm, cool and collected, she has a persistent trespasser problem that has become somewhat of an issue.
A 55-year-old Taylor Swift fan (already creepy) is due in court today to face charges of trespassing at the singer’s Rhode Island retreat in July. Joseph Bernatche has pleaded not guilty to a charge of wilful trespass stemming from his arrest at the star’s beach house on July 27, 2013.
The Maine native allegedly drove all the way to Swift’s property and handed a security guard a note with his phone number and asked him to pass it on to the singer. Bernatche was pulled over by police officers as he drove away and they later charged him with ignoring a no-trespassing notice he was given after allegedly making his way onto the star’s property in April. Tuff has now revealed in an interview with ABC News that she talked to Hill during the ordeal – opening up to him in a cool and compassionate manner. She divulged her personal struggles to the gunman, trying to find a way to relate to him even as he “load[ed] up with ammunition in front of her and several other employees who were being held hostage.” Read More »

The police seemed to believe that Reeva’s death was murder, premeditated homicide, but Oscar claimed that he thought Reeva was a burglar or something and that’s why he shot through the locked bathroom door. Early this morning in South Africa, Oscar was formally indicted on the charge of premeditated murder:
