OK, at some point today we’ll stop writing about Justin Bieber, but that time is not now and let me tell you why.
The Biebs was released from a Miami jail earlier today, after having his bail set for only $2,500, and as he left he of course had to remind us he’s Justin Bieber. I mean, that’s the only reason why he would sit on his SUV and wave to his fans.

Did you hear? I’m sure you’ve heard by now. But if for some unknown reason you missed it, Justin Bieber was arrested this morning in Miami.
Non-Justin Bieber lovers, rejoice! See guys, everything that Jared Padalecki said the other day was correct. To give you a quick rundown of what happened: Justin was arrested for DUI in the early hours of Thursday morning after police got wind of him drag racing. He was driving with an expired license, resisted arrest and had prescription drugs in his system.

In what we hope is a good sign for Amanda Bynes‘ recovery, the actress has been determined competent to stand trial for a DUI she was charged with in April 2012.
According to TMZ, a judge concluded that Bynes is “mentally capable of understanding the nature of the criminal charges she faces.” The DUI arrest, in which the former Nickelodeon actress sideswiped a cop car, is only one of several legal troubles she has faced since last year. Read More »

Twilight star Ashley Greene won’t be seeing stars anytime soon. She’s been slapped with a lawsuit. Or maybe burned is a better word.
Four residents of West Hollywood’s Granville Towers are suing Greene over the March fire that engulfed her apartment and killed her pooch. The suit claims that the blaze has turned the historic building into a chaotic construction zone.

Madonna could have looked happier when she caught a flight out of LAX Airport yesterday! Especially since she won the lawsuit claiming that she and producer Robert “Shep” Pettibone illegally sampled a tune on her 1990 hit “Vogue”.
The lawsuit was originally filed in July by VMG Salsoul. The company claims that “Vogue” contained sampling from his song called “Love Break,” and that he was able to detect the “deliberately hidden” sampling through new tracing technology. Read More »
Sometimes it’s best not to keep up with the Kardashians – especially if it means endangering the public while chasing Kim Kardashian down the freeway at 85 mph.
However, today is not the day that traffic-related justice will be served: two out of three photographers who pursued Kim down the 101 will not be charged for their reckless driving.
