Casey Affleck Settles Sexual Harassment Suits Out Of Court

If you remember, Casey Affleck – seen here at the Venice Film Festival earlier this month – was embroiled in TWO sexual harassment cases filed against him by two women that worked with him on the Joaquin Phoenix ‘documentary’ I’m Still Here.

“The disputes between Flemmy Productions, LLC and Casey Affleck with Amanda White and Magdalena Gorka in connection with the film ‘I’m Still Here’ have been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties and the lawsuits are being dismissed,” the Affleck camp said in a statement.

The women both reported outrageous sexual dalliances and advances by Affleck on the set and were suing him for $2 million and $2.25 million, respectively. A few weeks ago, the two sides had a secret mediation and that eventually led to a settlement out of court.

So does that mean he was guilty or not? What do you all think of people who settle out of court?
