Britney Spears, may look relaxed in her white button down as she strolled through L.A. yesterday, but her legal issues are heating up.
Spears, supported by ex-hubbie, Kevin Federline, is gearing up to launch a countersuit against her ex-bodyguard, Fernando Flores. Flores filed a lawsuit yesterday for sexual harassment and child abuse. He claims she exposed herself to him, had sex in the same hotel room as her children, four-year-old Sean Preston and three-year-old Jayden James, and that she wanted to beat her sons with his belt.
A source shared, “Kevin told Britney she should do it and she strongly agreed that winning this case and forcing Flores to pay – big time – may help quash other future nuisance lawsuits against celebrities. Like the ones you often see filed by disgruntled, fired ex-employees – like nannies, housekeepers, drivers and bodyguards.”
It’s hard to know what the truth is here, but it looks like everybody will have their day in court. The plot thickens.
