Britney Fears Embarrassing Details From Bodyguard In Court
Britney Spears could have even more private details about her life released to the public. In the lawsuit filed by Fernando Flores, the former bodyguard who claims he was sexually harassed by Spears, he and his attorneys want the case tried in civil court – meaning a big, old public forum.
However, according to TMZ, new court documents filed on behalf of Britney, seen above yesterday at an LA Barnes & Nobles, basically beg the judge to move the case to a probate court, where all of the accusations could be kept from the public.
The conservators also believe, “There is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information.” A hearing on the matter is scheduled for the end of the month.
