Arnold Schwarzenegger Is In Trouble

Maybe the fact that you need to have the appropriate license to drive a motorcycle was lost in translation. It seems the leader of Californians is without the proper license.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is in trouble with Los Angeles police after riding his Harley Davidson on the streets near his home in Brentwood, California without the proper license.

The issue came to a head on Sunday when he collided with a reversing car.

The former movie star insists he has no plans to garage his beloved bike, but he will make sure he has the proper paperwork.
His spokeswoman Margarita Thompson says, “He has acknowledged he should have the appropriate endorsement on his license and will be getting one.”

Lucky him, he won’t have to pay any fine because the CHP doesn’t consider a motorcycle with a sidecar a “real Motorcycle” and the LAPD won’t fine him because they “didn’t actually see him driving it”. So the man who governs all the laws in my state gets away with it. Funny, in my copy of the CA DMV booklet, it states “ignorance of the the state vehicle code is not an excuse”. Good thing his kid wasn’t hurt, he probably wouldn’t understand what the term ‘child endangerment’ meant either.
