Anne Hathaway Quits Catholicism For Gay Brother

February 8th, 2010 // 2 Comments

Anne Hathaway, who went risque on the cover of the British GQ told the magazine she’s also loosing her religion.

The Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding’s  Woman Of The Year told the magazine that her whole family left the Catholic Church after her brother came out to them. “Why should I support an organization that has a limited view of my beloved brother?” she says.  Way to go Anne!

Here’s the church, and here’s the steeple.
If everyone were like Anne, would there be any people?

The Hathaway clan moved to Episcopalian, though Anne still wasn’t feeling it and says she is now “nothing.”

”F**k it, I’m forming.  I’m a work in progress.” Well, I like that progress.

this is more of an excuse than a reason. if you have not been really a practicing catholic, it does not matter if you leave or not. just stop using the catholic doctrines to justify your lack of sense of religion or to amplify someone’s choice in gender orientation.
