It’s bad enough that the Two and a Half Men star Angus T. Jones publicly dissed the show and his role as Jake Harper recently. If that were me, I’d just close my eyes and wish for the drama to disappear. Too bad it isn’t as easy as that, and thank goodness that really isn’t me.

TMZ reported that the 19-year-old expressed his apologies about the negative statements he made about the show and extended his gratefulness to the cast and crew that he has grown up with.

While I cannot address everything that has been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear. Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all the wonderful people on Two and a Half Men with whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family.

Though he conveyed some kind words, I can’t help but shake the rude and contradictory statements he previously made. I don’t think anything can pacify what he said! Do you?

At least some people out there are having fun with the current events. According to Contact Music, The Office actor Rainn Wilson took advantage of Jones’ controversy and turned it into a great way for him to promote the final season of The Office.

Dwight from The Office is nothing, ok? The Office is nothing… If you watch The Office, please don’t watch The Office. Because I’m on The Office; it’s filth. Okay? And that filth will rot your brain. Take it from me, who’s on The Office, please don’t watch The Office, Thursday nights at 9 o’clock on NBC. Do not watch this final season; that filth will rot your brain.
