Someone’s looking easy, breezy, and beautiful! Chip off some of that slap, man, or the boys will think you’re a hussy.
Back at the ranch, Adam Lambert had a chatty-poo with the broads at The View. This was only a day after sitting down with Barbara Walters for her “10 Most Fascinating People of 2009″ special and a hot minute after Good Morning America gave him the cold shoulder. What a complicated relationship they have!
Well, it looks like ABC is letting Adam out of the doghouse on a trail basis, because his interview and performance were pre-taped (The View is usually live).
As MTV reports, Adam’s heart wasn’t too broken, though. “I’m surprised,” he said. “I’m like, ‘Really? Is it really that big of a deal?’ ”
Once bitten, twice shy, Ad-Lam. Speaking of which, it looks like Adam learned a little something about live TV. “I think now I’m a little more conscious of it,” he said. “I wasn’t up there on stage like, ‘Oh, this is going to get them.’ I’ll probably stay more consistent in rehearsal to performance.”
Adam then went on to gripe a bit about his tarnished image, but frankly, in these halcyon days of getting famous for practically nothing, a little extra press, good or bad, can only help an entertainer. Especially when that entertainer can stop being known as ‘that American Idol guy’ and start being known as ‘that guy who got head at the AMA’s.’ Assuming that title hasn’t already been taken by Lady Gaga. Zing!
