TMZ claims that the two Bahamians accused of plotting to extort $25 million from John Travolta and his family were caught on tape by covert police video discussing the amount of money they should request of the actor.
A snitch claims that authorities have tapes of both Pleasant Bridgewater and Tarino Lightbourne requesting Travolta’s lawyers hand over millions of dollars to keep the two of them from making a refusal-to-transport document public.
Additionally, one of the tapes reportedly features Bridgewater and Lightbourne discussing how much money to demand, with one defendant telling the other that the amount requested is too little. A motion has been made by lawyers for both defendants to keep the video out of court. Next week, John Travolta should return to the Bahamas to finish testifying.
